- Nokia N96 firmware v30.033 – The update brings about a couple stability fixes and minor speed improvements and bug fixes as usual.

Remember, you can useĀ your phone’s OTA feature to update over the air, or use Nokia Software Updater. Remember to backup your devices before the update, just incase.

You can make out from the title of this post that Nokia is really turning it on as far as firmware updates go. After the N97’s v11 as many as four more Eseries devices have been updated. Here’s a break down of what it means for each:
- Nokia E51 – The v400.34.011 firmware brings improvements and increased stability in the Mail for Exchange and SMS reception. It also improves stability and usability for VoIP and WLAN.
- Nokia E71 – The v300.21.012 update for the E71 fixes bugs, adds stability and boosts speed. A few visual bookmarks to Facebook and My Space have also been added.
- Nokia E66 – As you can probably guess from the version, the v300.21.012 update for the E66 mirriors the changes that have been incorporated into the E71.
- Nokia E63 – The v200.21.012 update for the E63 brings bug fixes along with speed and stability improvements. The new firmware also pre-embeds applications like Ovi Contacts and Files on Ovi.
Before you update using the Nokia Software Updater, please make sure that you backup your devices as the update will wash the phone memory on your phone.
