Version 21.0.025 Firmware for the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic is now available for both Indian and Euro Product codes.
Norman over at SymbianWorld.org has a few observations on the new firmware:

Nokia’s channel partners claim the handset has created a new sales record in India with over 58,000 units sold within three weeks of its launch.
“The 5800 model is indeed doing well in India. This testifies Indian consumers value innovation even when the economy slows down,” said a Nokia India spokeswoman.
Nokia has rolled out yet another firmware update the 5800 Xpress Music. The update should make the 5800 operate a bit faster, and includes Geo-Tagging support for Photos and Video. There are a couple new icons, improvements to photo and video quality and a few bugs have been fixed.
The update is available via OTA on your device, as well as using Nokia Software Updater on your PC. Because the 5800 supports user data preservation, none of your programs or contacts will be affected by updating your firmware, so you have no reason not to !

Nokia India has released a few free applications and games for the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic. They include two free games, and three free applications. Its really great to see Nokia India being the first to release exclusive applications, for a change.
This is the first video is a series which would look at different aspects on the 5800 Xpress Music. Shortcuts make our like easy, even more so on a touch only device, so today we have look at some of the apparent and the hidden shortcuts on the 5800 Xpress Music.
One criticism the device has had to face is the lack of shortcuts on the standby screen, however with a little bit of tweaking we can have as many as 26 easily accessible shortcuts within a maximum of two keypresses, this is in addition to the menu. By the end of the video I’m sure you’ll agree it isn’t as much of a problem as it is made out to be!
