In the end, we thought the Nokia 5233 is actually pretty good value for money. The lack of GPS and Wifi though, is slightly disappointing.

With Ovi Maps Racing, the first location-based mobile game by Nokia, players can navigate and access their location, create a track and race around the block.

Utilizing actual map data by NAVTEQ and the GPS technology of the mobile device, Ovi Maps Racing allows players to create a racing track out of their own physical location, whether at home or in the office *). Racing is experienced with easy and enjoyable touch controls and there are three racing cars to choose from.

Nokia’s current S60 5th Edition flagship, the N97 Mini has also received a firmware update mirroring the one that the N97 received yesterday. The new v11.0.045 firmware is available via the Nokia Software Updater in the form of a 160 MB download, an over the air option will probably come out shortly.

The Mini features UDP i.e. user data preservation so you can update the device without loosing any data or settings. If the NSU doesn’t show an update for your device, it means that the update is not available for your product code and that you will have to wait for just a little longer.
